We are passionate about promoting salary and pay transparency. Employers who include salary and benefits in their job descriptions usually get more applicants!
Consider outlining what you are willing to teach, on-the-job training a hire will receive, or other educational perks. Research has proven that women in particular are less likely to apply for a position that they don't think they are fully qualified for, so willingness to teach is an important element of attracting candidates.
