Welfare and Safety of the Racehorse Summit brings together a wide cross-section of the breeding, racing, and veterinary communities to discuss and promote safety and soundness in the Thoroughbred racehorse. The event explores various facets of Thoroughbred welfare and takes place biennially. It is coordinated by the Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation and The Jockey Club.
