Mott Thoroughbred Racing, LLC is seeking dedicated and experienced grooms to join their professional racing stable in Louisville, Kentucky. This position offers hands-on experience working with top-quality Thoroughbreds and the opportunity to be part of one of the nation’s most respected racing operations.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide daily care, grooming, and feeding of Thoroughbred racehorses
Clean stalls, equipment, and stable areas
Assist with tacking, hand-walking, and cooling out horses after training
Monitor horses for signs of injury or illness and communicate concerns to trainers or veterinarians
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized barn environment
Assist during race days and morning training sessions as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience working with Thoroughbreds or performance horses
Strong horse-handling skills and knowledge of equine care routines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Must work well in a team environment and follow directions from trainers and foremen
Salary:
Competitive; based on experience and contract terms
