Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct research to support production needs

  • Prepare paperwork, handle data entry, and assist with print projects

  • Transcribe media and research content for production

  • Assist in the production booth with video playback and guest coordination

  • Log and clip races using a server-based archival system

  • Assist with post-production and basic video editing

  • Post content to social media platforms as needed

  • Provide on-site support at California racetracks for live production

  • Run errands and complete assigned production-related tasks

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative production support

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Horse racing knowledge preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred

  • Open to applicants with adjacent skillsets and interest in learning

Salary:
Hourly range: $18.27–$25.00, depending on experience, location, and business needs
