Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct research to support production needs
Prepare paperwork, handle data entry, and assist with print projects
Transcribe media and research content for production
Assist in the production booth with video playback and guest coordination
Log and clip races using a server-based archival system
Assist with post-production and basic video editing
Post content to social media platforms as needed
Provide on-site support at California racetracks for live production
Run errands and complete assigned production-related tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative production support
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Horse racing knowledge preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
Open to applicants with adjacent skillsets and interest in learning
Salary:
Hourly range: $18.27–$25.00, depending on experience, location, and business needs
